I just finished my second nightstand, and I’m so excited! I love flipping furniture!!!

I needed a nightstand for our guest room but I did not want to pay a ton. So, I stalked Craig’s List for a few days (because I got impatient) and found this piece. This was my first purchase on Craig’s List, so I hope that I do not become addicted, and I only paid $30 for this beauty! Whoop, whoop!

I used chalk paint for this piece (which I made myself) and paste finishing wax as the top coat. Best part? No sanding or priming required!

I will post my recipe later for the diy chalk paint!

Have a greats day and be blessed!

I never wanna get up on Mondays, and this Monday being no exception. However, I decided to spice up this Monday with a little leopard, and I also added a splash of pink with the (J Crew knockoff) bubble necklace. BTW, I love this necklace, & if I can say so myself I love this combo! Everyone have a great day, God bless!

My husband and I had a dinner party last night with some great friends and tasty wine.  We started in the kitchen early so our sauce had plenty of time to cook.  The longer the sauce cooks, the better it tastes.  The Sirianni Family Sauce Recipe is truly Italian, unlike what you would get at the Olive Garden.  We decided to make baked ziti and it could not have turned out any better.  We love opening up our house to family and friends — making great memories!!
